Well, your wish is not unreachable. In this article I’d like to list such types of foods that will help you lose weight. Sounds too good to be true? Well, just read this article to understand what I mean!
1. Lean meats:
Lean chicken meat is one of the best weight loss foods you can ever have! Why? It contains a lot of amount of protein and very little fat, and as you know, protein will build lean muscles. Lean muscles will help you burn fat by accelerating your metabolic rate! If chicken proves to be too expensive for your pocket, try turkey breast! Its not bad a choice at all.
Fishes are also very good for quick weight loss as well as giving you more taste. Salmon and tuna consist of Omega-3 fatty acids. Omega-3 fatty acids are kind of ‘good fats’ or unsaturated fats. You gained weight because of a hormone called Leptin which accumulates fat inside your body. Omega-3 fatty acids will cut down on Leptin. When that happens, you are prone to lose weight!
In general, be sure that you eat lean meats only and stay away from red meat!
2. Eggs
Eggs are one of the greatest sources to aid trim your waistline. Eggs are full of protein, vitamin A. and vitamin B12. Previously, eggs were considered dangerous and many doctors advised their patients not to eat them. Since eggs can contain cholesterol, a lot of people stay away from them. However it’s now proved that while eggs are high in cholesterol, it doesnt affect your body as it used to be supposed. If you are anxious about the cholesterol in eggs, you just don’t eat the yolk. The protein found in eggs is extra valuable than the one found in milk, beef, and common dairy products.
3. Vegetable oils:
Replace your fatty oil with vegetable oil, like olive oil. Olive oil is almost free from the saturated fats and contains a considerable amount of unsaturated fats. These unsaturated fats will not only suppress your appetite but also kill cholesterol. In short, olive oil will keep your cholesterol levels down.
4. Vegetables & fruits:
There are plenty kinds of vegetable out there, especially in tropical zone. Tropical vegetables are my favor. Vegetables are fresh, watery, and tasty (in my view point). But anyway, youll find out that you love vegetables. Its not distasteful as we usually think. In addition, vegetables are really good for your digestive system.
Vegetables & fruits together provide you with many helpful vitamins and antioxidants.

Basically, these are food types for losing weight purpose. Foods such as nuts, oatmeal, eggs and almonds can also help you with weight loss.
