40rty Weight & Diabetes Management Specialists Launches a Dedicated Program

In its recent series on obesity, the Lancet stated ’The global obesity epidemic needs a fresh approach’. The start of this innovative program is thus both timely and apt. It has been devised by Jules Jack, a Level 4 personal trainer and one of the only accredited weight and diabetes management specialists in the UK.

To date, 40rty’s clients include people suffering with a range of non-communicable illnesses including: *Weight problems, *Type II diabetes, * Hypertension and *Coronary Heart Disease. The central catalyst of all clients is their desire to achieve a quality of life that they either never had or wish to regain and their trust that 40rty is the company to help them.

The Weight and Diabetes Management Program is focused on supporting individuals interested in changing their lifestyle and having a greater knowledge of what can be done to remain physically active and healthy.   This innovative program, which runs for 12 sessions over 6 weeks, is part education and part physical activity.
