New Mommy Makeover DVDs are a progressive three-phase system designed to help women lose weight and to counter the effects of pregnancy. The system includes a progression of workouts with varying intensity options and an easy to follow nutritional guide from pre and post natal specialist, Mary Brown.
The first phase of the system is designed to slowly re-engage the body’s muscles that were affected by pregnancy. The second and third phase continues to focus on the areas of the body affected by the pregnancy and also engages the rest of the body to ensure a well rounded workout.
