McGregor Metalworking Companies Appoints Deanna Chaffins As Corporate Director of Human Resources

Oct. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- The McGregor Metalworking Companies has appointed Deanna Chaffins as their Director of Human Resources.  Ms. Chaffins comes to McGregor from Portion Pac, a division of HJ Heinz where she was the Human Resources Manager for the 393 employee manufacturing company which supplies convenience-packaged condiments for the foodservice industry.  She has a dual degree in Human Resources and Business management from Antioch University and has her PHR credential with a 20 year career in Human Resources in manufacturing environments.
 
“Deanna brings a significant background of human capital development which is a critical success factor for industry today” said Dane Belden, President of McGregor Metalworking.  “Our long term plan will require additional associates as well as our existing associates with a higher skill set.  We’ll need to enhance our training at all levels of current associates and bring aboard new associates with the tools we see as necessary for our success.  This is a big job and I am confident that with Deanna’s leadership we’ll be positioned well.”
