Dr. Glenn Molin joins the mergers and acquisitions firm CI Harvest as its senior business intermediary.

Glenn has a broad range of professional and business experience making him an excellent choice for our firm.  He built and sold two successful practices that he started.  He then purchased and re-structured a specialty food producer which he subsequently sold.  “I get it”, says Molin.  “I understand both the mechanical and emotional aspects of selling your business.  I’ve worked with it all…lenders, attorneys, landlords, suppliers, customers, staff.  And, when I sold the specialty food business, it really ended being an international deal.  The intellectual property was sold to a buyer on the west coast and the company’s proprietary brand to buyers in England.  Nerve racking and exciting at the same time; but, it was a success and in the end, that’s what counts.”

Glenn understands that lower mid-market healthcare practices and health related businesses need the same astute transactional services, precise market positioning and buyer targeting, in addition to industry specific expertise as the larger market firms with extra effort to keep costs in line.  He has the well developed skills needed to confidentially and respectfully analyze a practice, establish a realistic value and position it properly within the market in a way that will attract qualified buyers who really want to complete deals.
