'Royal Love Story From The Grave' Announces Maria Pretelt As Steffi

Oct. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Filmmaker Kevin Douglas Wright has announced who will be starring as Steffi in his short film, 'Royal Love Story From The Grave'. "Congratulations to Maria Pretelt," Wright said.

Maria Pretelt acted in 'El Niño y La Patria', 'Hermandad Entre Las Razas', 'David’s Idol', and 'Miss Stone Age'. Pretelt has also landed roles in several episodes of 'RPM Miami', 'Oportunidad de Amar', and 'El Fantasma de Elena'.

Ms. Pretelt is from Panamá and was educated at the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua. Pretelt graduated with a bachelor's degree in International Business.

In 2009, Pretelt was a finalist in the Miss Panamá pageant. Later that year, Pretelt signed with Wilhelmina.

"I am very excited to be working with Maria. She is captivating and has the ability to deliver a very strong performance in this challenging role," said Wright.

'Royal Love Story From The Grave' is a supernatural horror film about a possessive and borderline psychotic princess who refuses to accept her death by haunting her lonely husband and her single, sexy sister.
