Ongoing interest in the IBYKUS “Day of Ideas”

Oct. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- People came from all over Germany and Switzerland to visit the company that created id-Force – the idea management software – to find out more about the principles, future prospects and new methods of idea management.

Dr. Lutz Richter, a director of IBYKUS, gave the opening address for the fourth annual event. He emphasized how important ideas and innovations were for maintaining a company's unique selling features. In the face of today's intense competition in the market, he said it was essential to have distinctive and clearly identifiable products. He then linked this to the great importance of the work of idea managers, and warmly welcomed the guests to the event.

As its name suggests, the 4th Day of Ideas gave both newcomers and professionals plenty of ideas for better ways to organize their own suggestion schemes. The wide-ranging agenda allowed visitors choose between two program themes running parallel, and included practical examples, theoretical background knowledge, and active participation in workshops. The speakers discussed a wide variety of topics from the world of idea management.

As usual, visitors also had plenty of time to build up their networks, and exchange ideas and experience. The event was rounded off by the id-Force memory game, which gave visitors a chance to test their memories during the breaks. The fastest players received awards when prizes were presented at the end of the day.

Anika Stiem, the id-Force product manager, expressed her satisfaction with the day, "We were very pleased that the fourth year of our event once again attracted not only our existing customers but also new contacts.
