RIP Steve Jobs - Jobs' 2005 Stanford commencement speech

Some inspirational words from Steve Jobs' 2005 Stanford commencement speech.
Oct. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Steve Jobs was a great person and a definite influence on the way technology is innovated today. However, it was not only his contributions to technology that made him great, but the way he acted as a person.

What I got from this video is his genuine love and passion for the things he did with Apple. I can definitely respect that  starts off small and ends up becoming big. The way he started off humbly with foster parents  (one that was a college dropout and the other didn't graduate from high school), as well as forming his own path is something to be recognized.

He honestly thought in the true entrepreneurial spirit and said screw the rules. He dropped out of college to bypass the general education requirements he had to make, and went to school on a drop-in basis for more than a year and a half. He paid his dues by sleeping in dorm rooms, walking 7 miles for a decent meal, and found his true passion.

His speech was really heartfelt and something to look at for young entrepreneurs. For more information as well as the actual address, check out:
