The small groups, consisting of 12-15 participants, are led by certified instructors who use tools including Kettlebells, longshoremen ropes, tires, medicine balls, TRX, weights and other effective training equipment. Also included are corrective movements, dynamic and corrective stretches, agility drills, core training and other cardio conditioning and full-body muscle-strengthening activities. “Over a shorter period of time, your body will get stronger, your cardiovascular fitness will improve, you will burn calories and watch your body change in ways you never have before,” said Andersen. “Clients get stronger, tighter, have more confidence and are healthier and happier, even after just a few workouts, it is that effective. “ Small group coaching sessions are scientifically designed to boost metabolism, decrease injuries, increase strength, and function better with daily activities.
