Oct. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- LitigationSupportCareers.com plans a permanent virtual career fair program as a new recruiting tool intended to help employers connect with talented job seekers as they attend legal industry conferences.

Fort Lauderdale, FL — LitigationSupportCareers.com today announced plans to continue to develop its’ virtual career fair program as a recruiting tool for use by firms attending legal industry trade shows.  A virtual career fair will create an interactive forum on the web which  employers may use to meet viable candidates via pre- scheduled appointments during legal industry trade shows, conferences, and events.  Companies registered for career fairs will advertise all their current openings on the www.LitgationSupportCareers.com job board and job seekers will be able to apply directly to the hiring managers and recruiters to set up meetings around the time of the events.

In today’s economy, companies do not have the budget or manpower to pay for, and man, a table at a traditional job fair.  Hiring organizations may only have a handful of open jobs, most of which require a candidate with a very specific set of skills and experience.  A virtual career fair allows a hiring manager to post jobs and receive candidates who are interested and available to meet during an event that both individuals are already planning to attend.  If candidates look like potential matches for the open jobs, then the manager or recruiter may set up meetings to take advantage of the fact that both parties are in the same location at the same time.  “Not only does this cut down on travel time and expenses for interviews, but it also adds value to the time and money spent attending a show.” – David A. Netzer, Founder,  LSC

Registered employers will receive a list of all pre-registered candidates two weeks prior to each event, as well as an updated list of newly registered job seekers registering each of the last 14 days  leading up to the event.

Employers Will Include:
Law Firms, Corporate Legal Departments, Government Agencies, Consulting Firms,
Electronic Discovery Vendors, Legal Software Manufacturers, and Computer Forensics Companies.

Those job seekers interested in participating should go to  http://www.litigationsupportcareers.com/careerfairs.html  to find details and register for upcoming events.  There is no cost to job seekers to register for these events.
