Gary Mathews Motors to honor fallen biker Timothy Stone at Benefit Golf Tournament

Oct. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- Many in Clarksville, TN are still in shock from the news that five of its own tragically perished in a accident following the Leslie W. Warren Toy Run last month. One of those special individuals was Timothy Bryan Stone, 39, an electrical technician, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and member * "Brother" of Bikers Who Care. BWC is an organization of motorcycle enthusiasts who band together to support The Dream Factory of Clarksville,TN - Camp Rainbow (dedicated to seriously ill children) Buddy Ball and many other community/ Charity endeavours.

Mr.Stones tireless efforts, perseverance and dedication in making the lives of other children better(along with his BWC brothers and sisters) are celebrated with this awesome occasion. All proceeds from this Annual Golf Scramble will go to Timothy's two sons, Tyler and Colby, and daughter, Logan Stone. This event is sponsored by Gary Mathews Motors on The River in Clarksville and enjoys the support of many other individuals and organizations in and about the city.

Mr. Mathews has sponsored an Annual (charity) Golf tournament for over 17 years giving to numerous causes - from help to local military families, to breast cancer awareness and this fall has made a special effort to answer the call to "bless" the children of Timothy Stone. The Goal is to raise thousands of dollars by signing 30 teams of 4 with a cost of $52 per person, teams should be registered and paid in full by October 21st. Trophies will be given for 1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place winners, also an award for best costume, everyone is encouraged to 'Dress Up" in Halloween attire. The purpose of this tournament is to celebrate a life well lived, support a worthy cause and "show off the kindness" of the Clarksville community in the process.
