A Towering Success At Rugby World Cup

Oct. 4, 2011 - PRLog -- The World’s third largest sporting event, the Rugby World Cup (RWC), this year hosted by New Zealand will see 20 teams battle it out for the right to lift the Webb Ellis Trophy over 48 matches spanning 45 days.
UK sports equipment manufacturer Harrod UK Ltd are delighted to have been on hand to supply 3 of the main stadiums with their highly renowned Millennium Rugby Posts. Eden Park, North Harbour and Dunedin have all been fitted out with the 17m aluminium posts and are proving to be the perfect accompaniment to the stadiums showcasing the World’s finest rugby talent.

England played their opening three group matches at the Otago Stadium in Dunedin moving then to Eden Park in Auckland for the final group match against Scotland. Eden Park is New Zealand’s largest and most hallowed Rugby Stadium and will host the remainder of England’s matches, hopefully all the way to the final on the 23 October.
