When you know the up to date status of your freight you can plan your resources accordingly or proactively deal with any changes. Customer Care is built to provide solutions and custom tailor its many service options to meet your needs. We make it easy for you by giving you the option to work online or assigning a key account rep to assist with your logistics needs. Additionally, PEI is readily available with a live person 24/7 to handle all your requirements
