Oct. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Brandutainment™ pioneers O2 Media, welcomes on board The American Council on Exercise, also known as “ACE.”  They will make their first appearance in “The Balancing Act’s” new ‘Fitness 411’ six-part series starting in October, 2011 airing on Lifetime Television.

Chris Freytag, board member at ACE as well as a personal trainer, fitness instructor and contributing editor for Fitness Magazine will be the featured guest in the first episode.  In the upcoming show Freytag will help “The Balancing Act” viewers get a better handle on exercise and staying fit, especially during the cold Fall and Winter months when many people settle for a less active lifestyle.
