Michael Bazzini and Daniele Cusmano launched a Sparkling Moscato at the Texas Package Store Convention on July 31, 2011 to huge crowds.

During the next year, Mike and Daniele worked closely with the enologist to create a wine perfect for the ever-growing Moscato and sparkling wine markets in the U.S.
