The winners of the Creativepool £1000 Design Treasure hunt announced

Sept. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- The winners of the Creativepool £1000 Design Treasure hunt are Alice Hilton and Claire Fletcher from Fuse Ltd. The treasure hunt which took place on Friday 23rd September as part of the London Design Festival, sent over 45 teams around the East London design district finding 9 clues that were hidden in various venues around East London including; the Designersblock at the Farmiloe building, Knoll, Modus, TOTO, Look Mum No Hands, SCP east store and The Concept Lounge.

Teams set off at 1pm from St James's Park in Clerkenwell where they received a Treasure hunt map, London Design Festival book and their first clue which would lead them to the next location. The teams that managed to collect all 9 clues from all the locations along the way finally ended up at the Owl & Pussycat pub in Shoreditch. It was here that the finishing teams substituted their complete set of clues for a sealed envelope, one of which contained the sought after £1,000 prize money.

Really well organised, we loved discovering even the wackiest corners of the London Design festival, whilst meeting lots of fun people in the process. We're so thrilled to have won! Even without the amazing prize we'd have come away with smiles on our faces.”

The Creativepool Treasure hunt will take place again next year as part of the London Design Festival 2012
