Suncombe 2011 ImmersionWasher™ Released

Sept. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- The washers - used for cleaning hoses, pipes and miscellaneous parts - safely allow you to use high temperature liquids and strong chemicals for washing.

Suncombe - the UK’s 50 year old premier cleaning and processing engineers - introduce the 2011 ImmersionWasher™ range of “Cleaning Out of Place” (COP) washers. The washers - used for cleaning hoses, pipes and miscellaneous parts - safely allow you to use high temperature liquids and strong chemicals for washing.

The ImmersionWasher™ utilises a combination of technologies to ensure the optimum wash of your equipment. The combination of technologies minimises the energy and utility usage whilst also reducing the washing time and manual handling. The recipe selectable technologies include:
•   Immersion
•   Turbulation
•   Recirculation
•   Spray Cleaning

Additional steps can be incorporated within the washers for Drying, Cooling, Draining and forced venting to an external location.

Used throughout the processing sectors, the ImmersionWasher™ offers an enclosed washing solution for equipment that generally is manually cleaned, providing a repeatable cycle for guaranteed results.

Complete with internal connections for hoses and pipes, they are fitted with standard baskets and racks for holding parts for washing. Custom designed baskets are also available for holding parts in a specific orientation for precision cleaning.

With options for special requirements the washers can also be used as a base supply for simple CIP systems. Fully pre-constructed and extensively tested before delivery, the ImmersionWasher™ is available in manual and automatic modes, with different levels of automation to suit your requirements.
