He then created JCS with the determination not to repeat the mistakes of the cleaning service that failed him. Launched in April of 2004 to service New York City and the surrounding areas, Mr. Bailey and his team aim to have a growing business that delivers superior service and providing the best for every client, regardless of size or budget. Mr. Bailey states that the key to maintaining such high stardards is the careful recruitment of staff.
