LandColt Trading Real Estate Investment Model reaches Triple-Digit Return Mark

Sept. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- LEWES, DELAWARE – September 23, 2011 – The LandColt Trading Real Estate investment model has reached a new milestone, surpassing its original all-time high with an epic performance record.  As of the close of business on Thursday, September 22nd, the LandColt Trading Real Estate investment model has posted a return of 100.33% since its inception on March 15, 2010.

The performance can be credited to a variety of factors; one of which is the ability for the LandColt Trading team to invest in a “short” style mutual fund for the model.  The investment model only uses three specific investments: The Profunds Ultrasector Real Estate Fund (REPIX), Profunds Short Real Estate Fund (SRPIX), and the Profunds U.S. Government Plus Bond Fund (GVPIX).  The Model follows a disciplined approach, which can never deviate from the inputs given when providing the daily suggested trade.

The firm does not assume custody of assets or execution of trades.  The investment signals are sold on a subscription basis to individual and professional money managers.  Daily trade submissions are distributed daily, no later than 50 minutes prior to the market close, via email.
