RBC Wealth Management Awards $3,000 Grant to Explore & More Children's Museum

Sept. 23, 2011 - PRLog -- The RBC Foundation–USA has awarded Explore & More Children's Museum with a $3,000 grant, according to Gary Sennikoff, financial advisor at RBC Wealth Management’s Buffalo branch.  Through hands-on exhibits, activities and programs, the Explore & More Children's Museum located in East Aurora, N.Y., inspires creativity, curiosity, and imagination for kids of all ages.

Sennikoff, who also serves as vice president on the museum board, presented the check yesterday to the museum.  Also in attendance at the event were museum representatives Barbara Leggett, executive director; Martha Augat, former board president; and Lori Stein, development coordinator.

"Funding from The RBC Foundation-USA will help the museum better reach out to children in its own communities," said museum executive director Leggett.  "We have prioritized outreach and offsite programming as essential to providing unique and fun learning opportunities to children from all walks of life.  This grant will help us secure needed equipment to make that possible."
