Sept. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- VIXICOM, a leading-edge, multilingual contact center with more than 45 years of combined experience, today announced that Carolina Richards has been named Contact Center Process Manager. Process Managers aid in the ability of contact centers to launch campaigns more quickly and efficiently. In her new role, Ms. Richards will assume procedural responsibility for VIXICOM’s contact center services, tasked with overseeing all processes that take place internally as well as creating an atmosphere of self-organization to improve company communications and output.

An Industrial Engineer with a Master’s degree in Logistics, Ms. Richards has served on every end of the supply chain – from material handling to customer service. Her career began at Corning Cable Systems, where she was a Senior Process Engineer, aiding in the design, execution and coordination of new technology products. Afterward, she was an Operations Manager with Serigrafia Moderna, in charge of local and international purchasing as well as planning improvement projects to the company’s supply chain efficiency. Previously, she was formerly a Market Services Team Leader with Convatec, managing the Customer Service department and working hand-in-hand with customers on a regular basis to keep satisfaction high.
