HBCUsOnline Celebrates 1st Year, Launches Enrollment for Spring Classes

Sept. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- HBCUsOnline, a one-year-old major initiative showcasing online degree programs at some of the nation’s top Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), is now accepting applications for spring semester of online degree programs offered by Texas Southern University, Florida A&M and Tennessee State University.

As part of its first year anniversary celebration, HBCUsOnline is also offering a chance for applicants to win a $2,000 scholarship to one of the participating HBCUs.  Details are available at HBCUsOnline.com (http://hbcusonline.com).

Over the past year, HBCUsOnline has attracted a quarter of a million visitors to the website who have been eager to learn more and apply for one of the many undergraduate and graduate online degree programs.

Tennessee State University is offering two online bachelors’ degrees and a graduate program: a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies (BSID), a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies (BSPS) and a Master of Professional Studies (MPS).
