In order to validate all internal safeguards required of contractors by Pub. 1075, UCB brought in the independent security auditing firm Urbane Security, LLC. “Our internal reviews over the past years have provided assurance, however we felt the need to conduct a third party assessment in order to provide our clients with suitable documentation as they face their FTI Safeguard reviews with the IRS.” Said Erin Jacobs, UCB Chief Security Officer.
