Sept. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- NEW BERN, NC  -- SEPTEMBER 19,  2011 – I’m With Them Events, a recreational event management company, has launched a new event called a “Preunion” to bring the two families of the bride and groom together before the wedding. Preunions are recreational events for engaged couples that connects the respective two families together through games!

“Often times the respective families do not meet until the weekend, or day, of the wedding.
Preunions, however, this event will give you the proper opportunity to unite the in-laws before the wedding, so they are one big happy family before the wedding even takes place," said Monica C. Dowe, CEO/Senior Event Manager of I’m With Them Events.  "This program was specifically designed to help engaged couples get acquainted with their new in-laws so they can really celebrate as one family unit during the wedding without any pretense! This is the stress free wedding we all desire.”

Event participants will receive a half day, full day, or weekend, of recreational activities designed to foster stronger connections, and to provide insight on your “spouse’s to be” family traditions. They can choose to have this as an alternative to a rehearsal dinner or as an event pre-event like an engagement party.
