Coach Susan Tardif Joins Award Winning Fitness Program Staff

Sept. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Concord, NH – Get Fit NH’s Fitness Revolution is pleased to announce Susan Tardif PFT will bring her dynamic personality and passion for others to her new position as a coach for their award winning fitness bootcamps.

“Sue is an amazing addition to our staff,” said Dean Carlson, Director of Training at Get Fit NH. “She has a contagious enthusiasm for life and helping others be the best they can be. It’s hard to have a bad day when you spend time around Sue”

“As a former gym owner, I particularly enjoyed helping women feel comfortable in the weight room and realizing how great strength training is! I was unable to continue after a serious back issue kept me from training to the level needed to operate a fitness facility.” Sue shares.

After training at Get Fit NH, Sue realized she wanted to get back to what she loved doing most, and pursued her credentials as a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer. “After a long journey of physical therapy and being told I would not be able to train, hike, bike, etc, again, here I am doing all of those things. I am extremely excited to be back in this environment and helping others to realize their potential – there is nothing like it for me!”
