RedBlack Software announces 8 new CyBake installations and participation in Bakers' Fair Autumn 2

Sept. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- SEPTEMBER 19, 2011, YORK, ENGLAND, UK – Britain's leading bakery IT specialist RedBlack Software has installed eight new CyBake systems and announced that it will be an exhibitor at next month's Bakers' Fair event in Bolton.  

The new users of the firm's ERP-class CyBake bakery management system are: Margaret Hall Ltd, Warwick; Y Becws Mefus, Llangefni, Gwynedd; Pump Street Bakery, Orford, Suffolk; Nichol and Laidlow, Hexham, Northumberland; First United Bakery and Patties, West Bromwich, Birmingham; Hambleton Bakery, Oakham, Rutland; and Truffles Bakers and Confectioners in Brighton.

In addition, Truffles Bakers and Confectioners has installed RedBlack's CyBake Touch shop management application for EPOS tills. CyBake Touch is a stand-alone product sold separately from the CyBake ERP solution. Long-time CyBake ERP user S.M. Bayne and Co. in Perth, Scotland, has also installed a new CyBake Touch system.

York-based RedBlack Software has taken an exhibition stand at this year's Bakers' Fair Autumn 2011 at the Bolton Arena on Sunday, October 2. The company has supported the Bakers' Fair events for three years. RedBlack staff help visitors examine what can be achieved by modernising activities like sales order processing, recipe management, purchasing and EDI.  

Bakers' Fair also gives RedBlack the opportunity to show off its latest innovations such as a new CyBake Touch Automated Orders module it launched in June that produces suggested future orders for retail outlets. In tests, these orders have proved better than those produced by shop managers.

RedBlack managing director Jane Tyler says: "At October's Bakers Fair, our focus will be firmly on integration. How do you integrate your back office with your shop-floor? How do you integrate mismatched systems and stop relying on spreadsheets? And how do you integrate your retail data with your software at head office?"
