"Life Changing Lives" charitable spectacular event in Orange County raises $1 Million. Star-studded show entertains to sold out crowd.
Sept. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- "Life Changing Lives" presented it's 4th annual star-studded gala Sunday evening, September 11th to a sold out crowd. In the aftermath of the tragic events taking place ten years ago in America on this day, Glenn and Mindy Stearns, along with friends and colleagues, created this event in 2008 for remembrance and to celebrate the spirit of patriotism. Four years later, they are happy to report that the event has raised over $3 million and supported more than 35 different organizations.
This years event starred such great talents as: Muhammad Ali, the Los Angeles Fire Department Honor Guard, Humberto Agurcia singing the National Anthem, Challenger the eagle from the American Eagle Foundation, American Idols Lee DeWyze, Taylor Hicks, Michael Johns, Karina Smirnoff and Dmitry Chaplin from "Dancing with the Stars, the All American Boys Chorus, Roy Firestone, Major General William Lyon, the former Ambasssador of Spain, the Honorable George Argyros, Lieutenant General William Boykin, Master Sergeant Paul Starner, Army Sergeant Neil Duncan, J.R. Martinez, Iron Chef Cat Cora, California Band directed by Glen Holland and music arrangements by John Brainard, Reverend Dr. Schuller and many more.
Greg Fortune, of Fortune Entertainment produced the event and Susan T. Lee directed the spectacular show. Event consultants included Laurie Baker, John Lee and Amy Malin, who handled media and talent acquisition. Choreography by Simon Chaban and Sheri Godfrey. Graphics and Power Point by John Lee. Videography by Kina Pickett. Naomi Sediguchi provided decor design. Assisting with the production were Marti Baer, Ruthie and Matt Hall, Keely Berg, Alex Orellana and Denise Petricko. Program design and printing was provided by Charlene and Mike Smith of Smith Printing Corp.
