Vista Solutions Group Hires Cesario Tio as Senior Project Manager

Sept. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Tio brings fifteen years of experience in Enterprise Systems Management while currently serving as a Director of Information Technology for The Red Hat Society. Tio served as a Project Manager and Release Manager for Bank One Corporation where he was responsible for system integration project planning, facilitating project scoping, and interfacing with outside financial agencies.  In addition to his Project Management experience with Bank One Corporation, Tio worked for Reliance Insurance Company where he served as Project Manager for Client Server Application Development.  

“Cesario will provide us with a resource that gives Vista a new perspective on project implementation in large enterprise settings,” said Anthony Angnardo, CEO of Vista Solutions Group.  “His experience with taking a project from concept to implementation will provide us with an additional resource to serve the needs of our current customers as well.  Cesario will play an important role in the future plans that we have in place for Vista.”

Tio’s addition to Vista will advance the company’s increased effort to exceed project expectations for current and future clients of all sizes.

Tio will be responsible for project and workflow management with a structured approach to system development.

Tio served as a Business Systems Analyst for the Department of Defense where he implemented the first telephone ordering system for the DoD School Lunch Program, providing nationwide school systems with surplus Fresh Fruit and Vegetables.  In addition, Tio managed the implementation of the banking industry’s first online credit card balance transfer system.  He obtained a B.S. in Commerce & Engineering from Drexel University.
