HemiPhon takes over ownership of E-tivity Corporation

Sept. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- E-tivity Corporation has been operating in Australia under various business names since the 1970s and has become one of this country’s leading developers and providers of workforce management software.  E-tivity Corporation will continue to supply and support quality workforce solutions.
“We had taken the E-tivity product portfolio as far as we could under the old structure,” said HemiPhon Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Phil Jones. “With the establishment of HemiPhon we aim to create a larger technical resource for the on-going development of E-tivity software and to drive global expansion of that company, while also creating a vehicle for the development or acquisition of other technologies in the workforce management market.”
Jones will continue to be directly involved in E-tivity Corporation through his role as Executive Chairman and Director.
E-tivity Corporation has recently opened an office in the United States under the management of CEO Michael Volk. That business is responsible primarily for the sale and implementation of E-tivity workforce management software globally. The development of the E-tivity software now falls under the management of a new company E-tivity (Development) Pty Ltd which is managed by CEO Honey Jones. Jones and Volk are also Directors of HemiPhon.
