MBEConnect Serves As Media Sponsor for United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce 2011 National Conv

Sept. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- MBEConnect has been named as a Media Sponsor for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC) 32nd Annual National Convention and Business Expo. The event will be held September 18-21, 2011 at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami, Florida.

MBEConnect, the diverse supplier and vendor network, is working closely with the USHCC National Convention organizers for the event. The event is the largest gathering of Hispanic business leaders in America and will feature the Hispanic Business Enterprise (HBE) Elite Luncheon, Annual Business Expo and the Ultimate Latina Luncheon honoring Gloria Estefan.

In conjunction with MBEConnect’s Media Sponsorship, the USHCC is serving as the Official Sponsor of the Fall 2011 issue of MBEConnect Profiles magazine, a digital and interactive quarterly publication. The Fall Issue of MBEConnect Profiles includes over 20 detailed profiles of minority- and women-owned businesses (M/WBEs) and certification organizations as well as in-depth articles, including interviews with top USHCC National Convention representatives. The latest edition of MBEConnect Profiles magazine will be available online at  http://www.mbeconnectmagazine.com and as a free Android or iPad app on Monday, September 19th.

This is the first time that MBEConnect has served as a Media Sponsor for the USHCC National Convention; however, MBEConnect has often served in this capacity for other supplier diversity gatherings. Earlier this year, the MBEConnect served as a Media Sponsor for two major events hosted by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the Summit and Salute and National Conference. Later this month, MBEConnect will serve as a Media Sponsor for the Minority Business Development Agency’s (MBDA) Minority Enterprise Development Week in Washington, D.C. MBEConnect has served as Media Sponsors for WBENC and MBDA events in previous years as well.
