New Vacall AllCatch Model Offers Superior Cleanup Capabilities

Gradall Industries designed the AllCatch catch basin cleaner to efficiently execute high performance cleanup jobs in a short period of time. It operates with one engine that powers both the chassis and vacuum system, creating a savings when compared to two-engine machines in terms of maintenance, fuel consumption and emissions.

The vacuum tube, available in various sizes, works quickly to remove debris such as wet or dry leaves, asphalt, litter, stones and rocks from roadside curbs and catch basins.  A new blower position and transfer duct create a more productive debris intake, aiding efficiency and speed when cleaning up debris.

The rugged debris tank is designed and built for superior strength. Constructed of reinforced steel, the tank is able to withstand the rigors of picking up even heavy debris sudh as asphalt and stones. A durable powder coat paint finish on the tank is standard, while optional stainless steel tanks have a lifetime warranty.

Like Vacall's new AllSweep highway, runway and parking venue sweeper, the AllCatch features a new tailgate design with a hose and boom that fold neatly away against the rear of the machine. The new debris body tailgate design also allows for more efficient dumping due to its ability to open, close and lock hydraulically.

The AllCatch also has Vacall’s new intelligent AllSmartFlow(TM) CAN bus control system for greater operating efficiency. The system allows for more precise vacuum adjustments that are easily monitored on a colored LCD display. A fully proportional pendant, either wired or wireless, makes controlling away from the chassis possible.

Another appealing feature of the AllCatch is the high-capacity water system that offers a  600-gallon capacity with a spray wand for cleaning. It also has an easily monitored hydraulic system that allows for routine maintenance to be performed at ground level and a silencer that reduces noise during operation.
