Sandra brings over 35 years of industry experience as a Realtor / Broker, Homebuilder and Sales and Marketing professional. Sandra will be working with Realtors providing topflight home staging services and insured, professional Home Managers to occupy her clients’ vacant properties.

Sandra brings with her a long history of real estate success. She and her husband, Lee, are the former owners of their family homebuilding companies, Panitz Homes and Panitz Signature Homes. Sandra also served as V.P. of Sales and Marketing for public homebuilder Beazer Homes' $75 million-dollar North Florida division from 1995-2000.

A licensed Realtor Broker who previously worked for both Prudential Network Realty and Watson Realty, Sandra has lived in, built and sold thousands of homes in and around the in the Northeast Florida area. She was responsible for directing Beazer Homes’ extensive Customer Service and Realtor co-op programs, nurturing both Realtor and Homebuyer relationships.
