These Fanless Embedded Systems are compacted rugged fanless micro boxes with aluminum die casting heat sink and heavy duty steel construction. The small form factor embedded system box is designed for industrial application like POS, transportation, control, surveillance and more provides higher reliability and noiseless performance in the harsh environment that these Embedded Systems are required to tolerate. Depending on the model, most of these Embedded Systems can be wall mounted or be mounted via DIN rail.
The embedded system board provides the power of the Core 2 Duo processor with a fanless all in one system. It comes with the features of the standard mother board and the additional function for industrial application. It provides PCI / PCI-express expansion slots, a multi I/O port, which includes RS232, RS422, and USB, 10 / 100 / 1000BT LAN, audio and video, with an option for DVI. The embedded fanless design allows the system working under wide range temperature and high vibration / shock environment.
Embedded micro box systems feature fan less, heat dissipating design providing a small footprint while still delivering everything you want and need in a computer. Easy access to USB and Compact Flash ports places these systems among the most user friendly available anywhere. Systems can deliver the regular computer function under wide range working temperature. Using laptop type hard drives and optical drives, the micro boxes offer plenty of storage. With built in PCI/PCI-express expansion slot, USB and serial ports, these systems are versatile enough to satisfy a number of application needs including security and home automation as well as most industrial and office uses.
Each system comes with a standard 2.5 inch hard drive or Compact Flash slot to feature the Windows 7 / Windows XP Pro / Windows XP embedded operation system. These embedded systems provide multi type expansion slots, including Mini PCI, PCI 32 bit, PCI express x 1, PCI express x 16, and PC 104 + expansion slot to the ability of expansion application. It comes with VDC power input with AT or ATX power function and has an option for 110 / 220VAC external power adapter.
