Sept. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- La Campofilone was founded in 1912. Today, the Rossi family attributes the success of its superior product to the respect of tradition, meticulous selection of ingredients, and their attention to the process. Only the finest non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) high protein durum wheat cultivated exclusively in the Marche Region is used. The pasta is made with eggs from free-range hens that are fed exclusively with non-GMO cereals. The result is a high protein, authentic pasta which has excellent cooking results, a unique taste, lightness and digestive capacity.

In 2009, La Campofilone was recognized by the Compassion in World Farming Organization with THE GOOD EGG AWARD for using only pastured eggs.
