HAF forms strategic partnership with V3D

Sept. 14, 2011 - PRLog -- HAF Consulting today announced the formation of a strategic partnership with Vision 360 Degrees (V3D) of Lyon, France. V3D develops sophisticated software applications for the measurement of network quality of service (QoS) and customer quality of experience (QoE) for wireless networks. The software consists of a smart-phone based application and a central analysis software suite.

The partnership with HAF Consulting allows HAF and V3D to develop a set of advanced consulting services for operators, regulators, research firms and financial institutions. These services allow the simultaneous measurement of network performance and customer satisfaction as determined by the customer and the device itself.

Integrating the V3D solution with HAF’s other consulting services allows HAF to bring together market research, network performance and market strategy to maximize customer lifetime value and improve business performance.
