AVMG, Inc. Announces New COO

Sept. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Jim Holt, President and CEO of AVMG, Inc. announced at a recent AVMG quarterly staff meeting that Cindy Cervantes Lee has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO).  Holt elaborated that the decision was based on the proven track record of success that Lee has demonstrated, in particular her recent over-haul of the sales division.  Chief Financial Officer Linda Alvers and Ron Pobuda, both partners of Holt supported the appointment decision and look forward to seeing future growth and alignment in all areas of AVMG with Lee at the helm.

During his address, Holt stressed the importance of teamwork and alignment using the analogy of oarsmen.  He places a high level of confidence in the ability of he and Lee to charter the successful future of AVMG as visionary and guide.

Lee stated that she is honored to be selected as COO.  In addition she looks forward to playing an integral role in the continued professionalization of AVMG.  Responsible for guiding the strategies for future long-term success is a challenge that she has been preparing to meet over the past 2 years.  Recently earning an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, in addition to numerous hours of professional coaching has helped to solidify and stretch her framework of knowledge.

Lee's tenure with AVMG expands over 20 years performing various job functions both in show operations and administration.  She credits her cross function experience to her development and understanding of the convention and meetings industry and defining AVMG's position in the marketplace.
