Lease Details

-Costs at lease signing:  The amount paid upfront may be lower than traditional finance.  This amount might include first month's payment, acquisition fee, refundable security deposit, taxes and fees, and capitalized cost reduction (similar to down payment)

-Purchase option:  You will have the option to purchase your Toyota during or at the end of your lease.

-Mileage limits:  The total miles allowed in a lease agreement is calculated by taking how many years the lease contract is for and multiplying it by how many miles the contract allows each year.  If you have a 3 year, 15,000 mile a year lease agreement, you have 45,000 total allowable miles.

-Tax Benefits:  If you lease a vehicle for business, you should consult your tax advisor about the possible benefits.
