Lennar Celebrates Return of Three-Story Townhomes at Brighton Park in Mint Hill

Sept. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- After years of only offering new two-story townhomes at Brighton Park in Mint Hill, Lennar announces the return of three-story townhomes in the community.  Three-story townhomes give homebuyers the living space that would usually be found in a single-family home without having to worry about yard work and other maintenance concerns.  The new three-story homes also have improved living space on the first floor.  To celebrate these townhomes, Lennar will hold a grand re-opening at Brighton Park on Thursday, Sept. 8, from 6-8 p.m.  Attendees will enjoy a wine tasting and be the first to tour the new three-story model townhome.

Lennar is now offering two three-story townhome plans at Brighton Park – the Milford and the Crofton.  The Milford, which starts in the low $150s, features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in nearly 1,900 square feet of living space.  Priced from the low $160s, the Crofton offers three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms in more than 2,300 square feet of living space.  Both townhome plans have a covered deck on the second level as well as an attached garage.  


Along with maintenance-free townhomes, Brighton Park has its own community shopping center, which includes a grocery store, restaurants and other retail outlets.  Brighton Park also features Lennar’s signature Everything’s Included™ program, which provides features such as granite countertops, castled cabinetry, hardwood floors and more as standard items included in the base price of the home.  With other builders such features are typically offered as expensive upgrades, often adding thousands of dollars to the cost of the home.
