Kendyl Young Releases Video Series- Home Buyers and Home Sellers Share Their Stories

Sept. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- Glendale, Ca, September 7, 2011- Kendyl Young of Teles Properties has been leading the way in technology and consumer service in residential real estate for 25 years. Kendyl has released a series of videos designed to educate home buyers and home sellers on her blog at KendylsOpenHouse.com.  These fast paced and engaging videos are designed to enlighten and educated people who are in similar situations.  A short sale experience, a seller with multiple offers, and a first time buyer are part of the first release, available now.

"I realized that the most powerful teaching tool I had were the stories of my client's experiences", says Young. "Real Estate involves a lot of emotion and drama and every client feels like they are alone.  I knew that if buyers and sellers heard these stories, straight from the source, they would learn a lot and ease their fears."

The first release of this on going series includes three stories, a home owner who sold her home as a short sale, a home owner who experienced an auction like sale and a first time buyer.  Each 3 minute video covers the process from the idealistic beginnings, through the discovery of the actual experience, and ends with thoughtful advice for those following their path.
