Cathy Bua – OWNER, PRESIDENT and Legendary Creator of Cathy’s Rum Cake Caterers since 1975. Along with overseeing the daily operations of her two stores, she is Head Party Planner, Top Cake Consultant, and as she describes herself: “Head Rummy”. Tony Bua – “Mr. Rumcake”. Tony is Cathy’s husband and patriarch of Cathy’s Rum Cake. He is Cathy’s Rum Cake Accountant and in more ways than one, the person who has made this company a realization. To which, all of us at Cathy’s Rum Cake say: “For He’s a Rummy Good Fellow” and Thank You for all you have done.

Bennie Bua – Manager for the Phoenix Store.

Cynthia Bua – “She-She” Bennie’s Wife and owner of Cindy’s at Ragtops Salon. Cindy is our resident “style” advisor and sometimes helps out at our Phoenix Store.

Bella Bua – Cathy and Tony’s Grand-Daughter. She is our Junior Concierge at our Phoenix Store. At 10 years old she has already created and sold 2 new borders for cakes. She is also good at giving our clients sage advice about traveling with cakes with dogs in the car.

Roberto Rodriguez Sr. – Cathy’s Rum Cake Caterers Artisan Baker. Roberto also helps with food preparation for catering.

Roberto Rodriguez Jr. – The Chandler Villa Manager and “Master Artist” for Cathy’s Rum Caterers. Rob has an incredible touch with the artistry with the cream borders and his drawings has given pleasure for many of our clients.

Eva Rodriguez – Cathy’s Artisan Cake Borderer and Baker. To watch Eva border a cake is an amazing sight – she can do it in literally seconds – and do it perfectly!

Oscar - "The Newest" Rumcaker! Oscar Is Amazing! Great Cake Decorator And Stylist. He Works At The Chandler Cake Villa During The Week And The Phoenix Location On Saturdays! He Is Happy To Add Artwork To Your "Cake On The Rum!"

John Doyle - "Mr. He or Mr. H" The only Irishman we know who can sing "Oh Danny Boy" in fluent Japanese. That's because he owns businesses in Japan and has conducted business around the world. As one of his many avocations, he helps out at Cathy's Phoenix Store - because he truly loves helping people. It is truly a treat for us and our clients when "John-O" is in house.
