New Horizons of Southern California Gears Up for Changes to the Post-9/11 GI Bill

Aug. 30, 2011 - PRLog -- New Horizons of Southern California (NHSoCal) announced last month that it would begin accepting applications for students matriculating into its programs this fall. The school anticipates an increase in enrollments by the beneficiaries of last December's Post-9/11 Veterans Education Assistance Improvements Act.
