As part of an in-depth research process,  the survey asked 10,000 to 50,000 recent homebuyers about their mortgage process and whether they would recommend their mortgage professionals to friends. A panel of local industry experts then evaluated and finalized the findings – placing First Option in the “elite” percentage of mortgage professionals in the Indianapolis area.
