Life Fitness Academy Hosts a Health Fair

Aug. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- Nashville, TN - On Saturday, September 10, 2011, Life Fitness Academy will be hosting a free health fair.  The fair will take place at Life Fitness Academy's Edgehill Village location, 1200 Villa Place, suite 406, Nashville, TN from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

Life Fitness Academy, a personal training studio which focuses on holistic health has joined the fight against obesity and illness in Nashville. Life Fitness Academy has coordinated the event which will bring together other healthcare providers and individuals to provide health tests for attendees.

In addition to blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar test, the fair will also provide adrenal screening and balance, flexibility, and overall strength tests. Life Fitness Academy will educate attendees on how test results can be improved through holistic health practices in ways that individuals can easily implement into daily routines.
