Deborah Dolen’s Newest Book Due on Amazon Kindle September 15th, 2011

Aug. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- DIY author Deborah Dolen’s first book in five years is due to be launched on Amazon’s Kindle Whispernet platform September 13th, 2011. This will be the author’s 28th DIY book, but the only book written in the last five years. Several of the author’s first DIY books are now collectors’ items on Amazon fetching hundreds of dollars. The title of Deborah Dolen’s latest book will be “How to Make Perfume” and is already anticipated to be one of her best sellers of all 28 books in the DIY on Amazon’s platform. In gearing up for the latest book, Deborah Dolen has sponsored a free publication about Introduction to Aromatherapy Basics on platforms such as BlogSpot, Blogger and Live Journal.

Author Deborah Dolen indicated her new book How to Make Perfume will be sold exclusively on the Amazon platform and not through Barnes and Noble who will be offering her 27 previous DIY works on “NOOK” in 2012. Amazon is presently the exclusive retailer of all of Deborah Dolen’s DIY video series.

Regarding the author’s feelings about her work just now being offered on the Amazon Kindle platform “I have no clue why I was intimidated by the Kindle product, but I was for years, and held back. The Kindle is now very popular and constitutes half of Amazon’s sales.” The author added “Digital Text Platforms is now where it is at, with light weight transportability among other great attributes. I am able to read a lot more now – and even in the sun with the newer Kindle.”

Regarding where the author now spends her time, “In part, I really love Writer’s Digest on Facebook and plan to volunteer a lot more with aspiring writers’. Many people want to know how to break into publishing. I have always said “Write what you love” but “make sure there is a market for it-if you want to eat.” To Deborah Dolen, passion is everything. Beyond helping aspiring writers, Dolen says “Well, as usual I am into canine dog rescue and with Hurricane Irene, animal shelters and more specifically canine needs have escalated literally overnight all along the eastern seaboard. It is going to be a challenge to get my newest book off to editing and balance my time with rescue-which I totally love to be involved with-but I will get it all done.”
