Enhanced Networking and Business Development Opportunities
This year’s conference will include an exciting interactive session facilitated by in-house counsel, in which complex litigation hypotheticals will be analyzed. At the conclusion of the regular conference, a post-conference Business Development Master Class will shed new light on how companies select and evaluate their outside counsel.

In special spotlight remarks, Francis McGovern, Professor at Duke Law School and the country’s leading expert on settling mass tort litigation will share insights from his experiences in many of the industry’s most massive and complex cases. In addition, a focus session at this year’s event will provide guidance on “Creating Exit Strategies and Selecting the Most Advantageous Settlement Model.”
