BOYNTON BEACH, FL, January 4th, 2011: InkBright.com has positioned themselves as the premier provider of GRENK, a new offering of environmentally-preferable inkjet and toner cartridges. It’s easier than ever to reduce the amount of e-waste you dispose of in a landfill, and there may be a substantial monetary savings over what you are currently using in your printers.

The product line features a new reporting software, the CarbonNeutronics Index™, which provides a report of the exact amount of e-waste and monetary savings the end user is keeping out of a landfill.  These certified results are perfect for companies looking to reduce their usage, and have proof of that reduction.

The Zero-Landfill Policy on the product line is an industry first.  While the remanufacturing process, including all quality protocols and procedures, are followed, it’s what happens to cartridges that aren’t considered acceptable for remanufacturing that makes GRENK special.  Those that are not recycled are broken down by hand to ensure there is no cross-contamination of raw materials.  The metals are extracted and sent into their respective recycling streams, and the large plastic shells are broken down and then used as fuel in a cement and asphalt production facility.

This leaves no measurable impact on the environment.  Normally, those used cartridges are taken to a landfill, and with some cartridges weighing upwards of 6 pounds, the time to decompose the plastic is immeasurable.
