The New Face of architecture 8
Not Just a Pretty Face, The New Site Markets Properties, Highlights Noteworthy Design, Provides Useful Resources and Features Local Charities
architecture 8′s philosophy of live architectureTM embodies more than just recognizing the aesthetic and functional value of a property. To live architectureTM is to appreciate the unique elements and subtle details of each property and to allow the same to affect and influence one’s life.
“To truly represent a property involves not only taking into account the obvious – flooring type, finishes, how it will fare on the marketplace, etc.,” says, Scott Cook, co-owner of architecture 8. “You have to be able to help stir the emotions of potential buyers and help them see a property in a different light. This is what we do and what our new site is all about.”
Welcomed by a clean design, the home page seamlessly integrates listed properties, noted design and local charities. This mixture of elements are bound together by an underlying theme of community.
“We go well beyond selling, leasing and managing properties. We’re firm believers in helping create design seekers and architecture enthusiasts by highlighting out of the box design in our community, and abroad,” says Eliseo Arebalos, co-owner of architecture 8. “Additionally, every property we sell, lease or manage benefits more than just the contracting parties; it also benefits local charities. Ultimately, the services and information we provide are tied in every sense to the community we serve.”
The new site also provides buyers, sellers and investors with a plethora of resources and tools, including a property management portal, which allows online tenant screening and payments and real time access for tenants, owners and home owner association members to view accounts, submit requests, download copies of leases and more.
