PRLog -- CAMBRIDGE, Ohio—LMI Custom Mixing, LLC, a custom mixing facility formed by Lauren International and Meteor Gummiwerke, has hired Joel Karczewski II as a Supply Chain Development Chemist.
Under the supervision of Jim Nixon, General Manager, Karczewski will oversee the raw material testing program, implement raw material specifications and employ the qualification processes for materials.
Karczewski was previously employed for five years at Freudenberg-
Nok as an Application Engineer and Chemist. He graduated from Stevenson High School in Livonia, Michigan, and then attended Eastern Michigan University where he graduated with a degree in Professional Chemistry. Karczewski is a member of the American Chemical Society.

art custom polymer mixing facility formed in 1997 as part of a joint venture between Lauren International and Meteor Gummiwerke.
