The leadership team has a deep and proven track record in working closely with global clients and executing against client goals to deliver meaningful and measurable results. “A well-coordinated, cohesive and experienced team can move quickly to understand business needs with an extreme bias toward driving analytic value and innovation,” Members of the global executive team include: Doug Brooks, Global Executive Vice President: A recognized leader in marketing, advanced analytics and management consulting, Doug has advised executives at global brands across almost every industry sector. His experience includes Arthur Andersen Consulting, KPMG and executive leadership positions at SymphonyIRI and MMA. Doug leads solution innovation and a global client service and consulting organization designed to create incremental value for MMA’s clients. Todd Gustafson, PhD., Executive Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer: A former partner at Accenture and senior executive at Henry Rak, SymphonyIRI and Marketing Analytics, Inc., Todd leads analytic operations and innovation related to analytic automation, an area in which he is considered a market leader. Over his career, he has focused on creating value through predictive analytics and analytic consulting. John Guild, Senior Vice President: Technology and product development is led by John, a former executive at Accenture with deep experience in both analytics and the development of analytic technology-driven solutions. Throughout his career, he has developed a rigorous approach to product management and quality assurance. John also works very closely with the Center of Excellence to drive innovative ideas and solutions for MMA’s clients. Tigran Markaryan, PhD., Senior Vice President, Custom Analytics: Tigran is a former executive at Accenture and a former practice leader for marketing and media mix solutions at Merkle. He has more than a decade of experience in analytic consulting and research, focusing on marketing mix evaluation, demand forecasting, optimization, survey research and decision support tools. Susmita Chaudhury, Senior Vice President, Global Center of Excellence, India: Susmita is a co-founder of SCAnalytics, which was acquired in early 2011 by Synovate Management Analytics (SMA) and is now part of the Global Center of Excellence. Her expertise and experience spans pricing, marketing, sales, risk management, collections, human resources, Customer Relationship Management and Business Process Management. Samrat Chanda, Senior Vice President, Global Center of Excellence, India: Samrat has a proven track record of providing innovative technology-enabled analytics solutions.
