Author Biography:  Raised on Merseyside and educated at Manchester University, after graduating, David joined a new start-up retailer. The business grew from 0 to 47 outlets in six years.

David founded Allsports in 1977. It became one of the four largest retailers of sporting goods in the UK. The business grew from 1 to 260 stores and employed over 2800 people.

David is passionate, committed and enthusiastic in everything he does. He is a powerful communicator and motivator and always fervent in passing on knowledge he has gained throughout his vast and varied business life to enlighten others.
